How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping is free for orders of $35 or more! If you live outside of the continental United States, email us at info@sweetcharityclothing.com and we'll help you estimate shipping costs to wherever in the world you are!

I just received my order, and it doesn't fit. Can I return/exchange it?

You can return any full priced item for a refund minus the return shipping (See full details here. Just email us at returns@sweetcharityclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know you'll be making a return, then drop it in the mail within a week of initial receipt. Once we process your return, we'll issue your refund. For any item you purchased at a sale price, you can exchange for a different size (in stock) or for store credit. We'll email you a gift card with your store credit to use whenever you find something else you love! Style Packs, Grab Bags, Gift Packs, Door Busters and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Why is my size sold out?

We buy small batch items in order to give our customers more variety, keep our prices low, and offer styles that are made ethically. Unfortunately, this means we might sell out of popular items quickly. If something you like is sold out, please email us at help@sweetcharityclothing.com and let us know-- we'll always try our best to provide styles our customers like. If we can't get the exact same item, we'll look for something similar!

Can I send something as a gift?

You sure can. When checking out, you can include a note that we will handwrite and send with the gift.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Absolutely! Click the "Gift Card" tab, choose your denomination, checkout, and the gift card will be immediately emailed to you. From there you can print it or forward it to the giftee. We've also induced a cute printable in the Gift Cards listing that you can additionally print! Contact us at help@sweetcharityclothing.com if you need additional help with your gift card.

What charities do you support?

We donate to a different charities and causes, depending on where there is need in the U.S. and around the world. Some charities to which we've donated include: Food 4 the Hungry (providing meals for children), Restore NYC (supporting women rescued from sex-trafficking), Preemptive Love Coalition (an organization that provides on-the-ground humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees), Convoy of Hope (an aid organization that played a huge role helping survivors of Hurricanes Harvey and Maria), and Days for Girls (providing feminine hygiene packs to girls in Africa, greatly increasing theirs chances of becoming educated and stopping the cycle of poverty). We sometimes give to local charities and organizations that are affiliated with customers within our Sweet Charity community. Where are you? How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We're based just outside of Dallas, Texas. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, so, depending on where you live, you'll probably receive your new clothes within a week or less of ordering.
