Refund policy

We gladly accept returns/exchanges of any regular priced clothing item or shoes, mailed back within 3 days of receipt, for refund or store credit. Just email us at returns@sweetcharityclothing.com to let us what item you'll be returning or exchanging. You're free to ship your return item by any method, just make sure it is packaged well -- please don't return items in paper envelopes. Alternatively, we can email you a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit. Your first two returns are FREE as you get to know our sizes and styles. After the first two returns, customers will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
