Return Policy
We love making our customers happy, so we want to make the return process clear and easy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right!
- Full price items (listed price ending with .80) can be exchanged for in stock items, returned for a refund to the original payment form, or can be returned for store credit.
- Sale price items (list price ending with .40) can be exchanged for in stock items or returned for store credit only.
- Final sale items (list price ends with .00, .50, or .90) are not eligible for returns or exchanges (with the exception of manufacturer defect).
- Sale-on-sale items are final sale (any style that is already marked down and then combined with a discount code). Full price items combined with a discount code can be returned for store credit.
- Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Style Packs, Grab Bags, Seasonal Packs, or Outfit Bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Guidelines for Returns:
• Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving and sent within 7 for a full refund. Full price items may be returned and refunded in full to the original form of payment. Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Your first two returns are free as you become accustomed to our sizes and styles! Beyond your second return, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee on any item.
• We will gladly exchange your return for any items we have in-stock. First time exchanges are free! We cannot hold items for you before we’ve received your return. Email us at returns@sweetcharityclothing.com for a return label.
• All returns must be received at Sweet Charity Clothing Co. within 15 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 4-5 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 15-day window.
• Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached (if item arrived with tags), and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns, though we will happily email you a convenient prepaid label (the cost of which will be deducted from your return refund). Email us at returns@sweetcharityclothing.com for a pre-paid return label, based on weight and geographic location (Typically $4-6 for under 16 ounces, and $8-11 for items over 16 oz). Please send return items in a poly mailer. Returns sent in boxes will be subject to additional return shipping costs due to the heavier weight and more expensive rate to ship boxes.
• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.
• All Style Packs, Gift Packs, Grab Bags, and Door Busters are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All Accessories are final sale. (Shoes are not considered an accessory and may be returned or exchanged if unworn). Other items labeled Final Sale in the item description or with a price ending in .00 cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Make a Return:
1. Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
2. Send us a quick email to returns@sweetcharityclothing.com to let us know what you’ll be returning and whether you’d like to exchange it and if you'd like a pre-paid mailing label. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

4. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. For full priced items, a full refund minus return shipping will be given based on your method of payment. But if you'd rather receive store credit in the form of a emailed gift card, just let us know! For sale items (listed price ending in .40), store credit will be issued for returns.
