Return Policy

We love making our customers happy, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right!


Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please email us as soon as possible at help@sweetcharityclothing.com— we want you to have the right clothes, asap!

Rules & Procedures for Returns:
• Returns/exchanges must be sent within 15 days of receipt by the customer for a full refund.
• We will gladly exchange your return for any items we have in-stock. We cannot hold items for you before we’ve received your return.
• All Style Packs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returns must be received at Sweet Charity Clothing Co. within 15 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 15-day window.
• Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached (if item arrived with tags), and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains. Please see "Condition of Returned Items" below.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, though we will happily email you a convenient prepaid label (the cost of which will be deducted from your return refund). Email us at returns@sweetcharityclothing.com for a flat rat return label ($4 for packages under 16 oz. $7.50 for packages 16 oz. and over.). Please send return items in a poly mailer. Returns sent in boxes will be subject to additional return shipping costs due to the heavier weight and more expensive rate to ship boxes.
• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping. 

How to Make a Return: 
1. Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. 
2. Send us a quick email to returns@sweetcharityclothing.com to let us know what you’ll be returning and whether you’d like to exchange it.
3. Mail the return to the following address:

4. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. A full refund will be given based on your method of payment. If you'd rather receive store credit in the form of a emailed gift card, just let us know!. 
 
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All returned items must be in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stains, and still have tags attached (if any). If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the item for return. If this is the case, the item can be sent back to you for a $10 return fee.
